Shipping policy

Shipping Charges

For all orders over $99 we cover the shipping to you. For any orders under, we default the shipping rate to that of Canada Post.

Fulfillment Dispatch Time

Your order will be fulfilled and sent out for delivery the same day before 3PM, and within 1 business day for orders after 3PM

You can expect your package to be delivered in 2-4 business days Canada-Wide for express shipping and 3-9 business days for standard shipping.

Return Shipping

Return shipping will be determined by our customer service team. Depending on the situation, you may be responsible for paying the return shipping and/or a $30 handling & restocking fee.

Handling

Fees for shipping are inclusive of handling charges.

Cancellation

For orders that are canceled after processing has begun, a $30 handling & restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
